Taylor Picks Up Best AC Batter Honors for July Friday, August 1st , 2025 Darrell Taylor put together a good July to earn the American Conference Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to New Orleans officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Zephyrs third baseman posted a .333 batting average with 6 home runs, 24 RBIs and 19 runs scored. Taylor is currently hitting .229 with 12 home runsand 43 RBIs, while scoring 44 runs. |
