No Comeback This Season for Green Sunday, August 10th , 2025 Kevin Green has to call it a season. The Round Rock Express starting pitcher learned today that the full extent his injury suffered on 08/08/2025 is worse than hoped. He will not play again this year according to club doctors, who diagnosed the injury as a damaged elbow ligament and stated that he would not be able to play for 13 months. The team will likely place Green on the injured list today. Green has posted a 2-5 record for the year with a 4.30 ERA. Teams are hitting .279 against him and he has rung up 49 strikeouts in 69 innings. |
