Recovery Slow for River Cats Andy King Thursday, May 28th , 2026 Sacramento River Cats left fielder Andy King is not healing as well as expected as he recovers from a strained hamstring and will miss an additional 2 weeks as a result. King had been working with the team medical staff, but was taken to a specialist as a precaution. Examination revealed more damage than originally thought. So far in 2026 King is batting .237 with 1 home run, 11 RBIs and 7 runs scored. He has 14 hits in 59 at-bats and a .366 OBP. |
