AC Star of the Week Chosen Monday, July 13th , 2026 Round Rock fans have something to crow about today as Round Rock left fielder António Rosa nabbed the American Conference Player of the Week Award for his performance over the last seven days. "I know there are times when it's hard to lay off pitches. Everyone goes through stretches when he's too eager to put the ball in play. You know, though, I feel like this past week I was able to get in the right frame of mind and just let things come naturally," said Rosa. He posted a .483 average (14-for-29) this past week with no home runs, 7 RBIs, and 3 runs scored. In 2026 Rosa has hit at a .352 clip with 94 hits, 4 home runs, 45 RBIs and has scored 48 times. |
