Sperring Week's #1 Player Monday, August 10th , 2026 When it came to hitting the baseball, Mike Sperring was in a class by himself in the Eastern League this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding center fielder for Binghamton tagged opposing pitchers for a .526 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 10 hits in 19 at-bats, 1 homers, 6 runs scored and 6 RBIs. So far this season, Sperring is batting .332 with 10 home runs. |
