Aguilar Socks It to Thunder, Cracks 5 Hits Saturday, August 15th , 2026 It was a parade of hits for Jorge Aguilar of the Altoona Curve at People's Natural Gas Field. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Aguilar finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Curve to a win, 10-2. "Aguilar was really good and we were really bad," groaned Thunder manager Eric Owens. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." Jorge Aguilar singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th and singled in the 7th.
