Medina Too Tough, Blanks Biloxi Saturday, August 9th , 2025 In a seemingly effortless performance, Steve Medina of the Jackson Generals shot down the Biloxi Shuckers, 5-0, on 4 hits. "Steve was just locating so well and using his pitches," Jackson manager Mark L. Johnson said later. "He wasn't leaving anything over the plate." Medina recorded 10 strikeouts and 1 walk in a strong outing. "When he needed to make pitches, he elevated his game," Biloxi manager Michael Barrett said in postgame comments to BNN.
