Hickman Punishes SL Pitchers This Week Monday, September 8th , 2025 Not every ball that came off Rob Hickman's bat last week was a line drive or a towering shot -- it just seemed that way to the teams that played the Mississippi Firebirds. For his exploits, Hickman was named this week's Southern League Player of the Week award. The Mississippi right fielder put up 8 hits in 22 at-bats and 5 home runs while hitting .364 with 9 RBIs and 9 runs scored. So far this year, Hickman is batting .235 with 26 home runs and 84 RBIs. |
