Rodríguez Touches All the Bases, Hits for Cycle Wednesday, April 15th , 2026 Pensacola's Jesús Rodríguez accomplished what few others have done -- he hit for the cycle, collecting a single, double, triple and home run in the same game. For the day, Rodríguez finished 4-for-6 with 4 runs batted in and 3 runs scored and helped the Blue Wahoos knock off the Biloxi Shuckers, 14-5, at MGM Park. "I didn't even know I was about to hit for the cycle until after," Rodríguez told reporters following the game. "One of the guys mentioned it when I got back to the dugout." Jesús Rodríguez doubled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Sam Tait in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, grounded out in the 5th, hit a three-run triple in the 6th and grounded out in the 8th.
