Jacksonville Loses Mullins for 6-7 Months Thursday, June 11th , 2026 "Not what I wanted to hear," said Jacksonville's Merlin Mullins to reporters this afternoon, as he revealed that the injury he sustained on 06/07/2026 would force him to miss the rest of the season. "The doctor made it clear," Mullins said. "There's no chance for me -- none at all -- to come back this year. That's the last thing I wanted to hear." Mullins has been out of action since he suffered shoulder inflammation. For the year, Mullins has compiled a 2-5 record with a 4.17 ERA. |
