Mississippi's Nance Diagnosis Revealed Sunday, July 5th , 2026 Rob Nance had hoped for the best, but expected the worst. Today, he learned from the Mississippi medical staff that he would miss the rest of the season. The Mississippi starting pitcher suffered a ruptured bicep tendon in an earlier ballgame. He admitted to being discouraged, but said he plans to come back strong next year. To date this season, Nance is 8-7 with 19 starts and an ERA of 3.15 with 135 strikeouts in 123 innings. |
