Augusto Valentín Drills 3 HR in One Game Friday, August 1st , 2025 Corpus Christi Hooks second baseman Augusto Valentín was on fire, ripping three home runs in the 9-0 Hooks win over the Frisco RoughRiders at Dr. Pepper Ballpark. "The first two, I got all of them and it was no doubt they were gone," Valentín said. "The last one I got lucky. It seemed like the wind helped it a little. Old Mother Nature helped me get into the record books." For the game, Valentín went 3-for-4 with 6 RBIs and 3 runs scored. Augusto Valentín hit a solo-shot off Jorge Santiago in the 1st, walked in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Jorge Santiago in the 5th, grounded out in the 7th and hit a GRAND SLAM off Manny Sánchez in the 8th.
