TEX Awards Outstanding Pitcher Trophy Sunday, October 5th , 2025 Drillers ace Jon Roussel is the latest Texas League Outstanding Pitcher Award trophy winner. The Tulsa star shined on the diamond time and again this year and finished with an outstanding 13-9 record. In 27 starts he tossed 210.1 innings, posted 210 strikeouts and sported a 3.00 ERA. Opposing batters hit .238 when Roussel was pitching. He received 8 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Don Scott of the Corpus Christi Hooks finished second in voting, while Steve Vaughn of the Arkansas Travelers finished third.
