Anyone wearing a glove and sitting in the bleachers for today's Missions-RoughRiders game had a good chance at snagging a home run ball.
San Antonio second baseman Mike Barnes thrice sent eager fans scurrying to catch a souvenir, helping lead the San Antonio to a win, 15-6, over Frisco.
"Hey, the three homers were great, but I'm just trying to help my ballclub," Barnes said later. "I'm not going out there thinking I need another home run."
Barnes, who leads the TEX in runs scored with 30, was 3-for-4 on the day with 4 RBI.
