Texas League Picks Skipper of the Year Wednesday, October 7th , 2026 Club officials have reported seeing Nick Vincent at the ballpark as early as 7 am. His dedication, coupled with a shrewd management style and a knack for knowing "who's hot and who's not" earned Vincent the Texas League Manager of the Year Award for 2026. "I guess you could say I pushed all the right buttons at the right time for the Missions to have the season we did. But keep in mind, too, that I also had a group of dedicated ballplayers who played their hearts out. I thank them for winning this award for me." There was much joy in San Antonio this season. Their beloved Missions took first place in the South Division, rounding out the year with a 91-47 record. |
