The Visalia pitcher allowed 8 hits, fanned 9, and walked 0 in blanking Lake Elsinore, 4-0. "There were a lot of frustrated guys walking back to the dugout," Lake Elsinore manager Chris Greene said. "Not a fun day." Weller has taken the mound for no relief appearances this season, nailing down no saves while notching a 5-6 record with a 4.22 ERA.
