Bakersfield's Hall Top Pitcher in July Saturday, August 1st , 2026 Over the past month Chris Hall has turned quite a few heads. He's young, talented and able to pitch with the established arms in the California League. He proved all that and now he's been named July's Pitcher of the Month.
