Spencer 5-for-6 for Blaze Saturday, August 15th , 2026 The Bakersfield Blaze tripped up the High Desert Mavericks, 17-1. The Blaze were led by Dana Spencer, their 24-year-old center fielder. Spencer made life miserable for High Desert pitchers all day, tagging them for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. Dana Spencer singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, tripled in the 4th, grounded out in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Joel Howell in the 7th and doubled in the 8th.
