Ok Punishes CAL Pitchers This Week Monday, August 17th , 2026 Lancaster fans have something to crow about today as Lancaster second baseman U-suk Ok nabbed the California League Player of the Week Award for his performance over the last seven days. "I know there are times when it's hard to lay off pitches. Everyone goes through stretches when he's too eager to put the ball in play. You know, though, I feel like this past week I was able to get in the right frame of mind and just let things come naturally," said Ok. He posted a .524 average (11-for-21) this past week with 1 home run, 5 RBIs, and 4 runs scored. This season, Ok is hitting at a .413 pace with 11 home runs, 54 RBIs and has scored 53 times. |
