Riggs Sparkles in 4-0 Blanking of Winston-Salem Monday, June 1st , 2026 Lynchburg's Bert Riggs brought his best stuff to Ed Smith Stadium, shutting down and shutting out the Winston-Salem Dash, 4-0. He racked up 6 strikeouts, surrendered 4 hits, and issued 1 walk on his way to the victory. "We barely made him work at all," Winston-Salem manager Brent Metheny said later. "Lynchburg could probably pitch him again tomorrow if they wanted."
