The Carolina Mudcats pitcher went the distance, rang up 7 strikeouts, walked 1, and held the Nationals to 2 hits. "He just had us in his thrall," Potomac manager Cesar Martin said. "We couldn't put anything together against him." To date this season, Conrad has registered 19 starts, 5-8 won-lost mark, 4.86 ERA, 87 IP, 76 strikeouts and 32 walks.
