Season Ends for Bedser Thursday, July 30th , 2026 The news was not unexpected, but that didn't make it easier to accept for the Frederick Keys: starting pitcher Bob Bedser is out for the year. Bedser suffered bone chips in his elbow on 07/27/2026. The team knew that the chances of seeing him return were slim to none. But today it was made official. Bedser has posted a 2-10 record for the year with a 6.52 ERA. Teams are hitting .295 against him and he has rung up 99 strikeouts in 99.1 innings. |
