Campos Stops Burlington Friday, September 12th , 2025 Clinton LumberKings starter Jesús Campos really did a number on the Burlington Bees, shutting them out, 2-0, on 7 hits in a complete game victory. He issued no walks and had 9 strikeouts. "We didn't have good at-bats," said Burlington manager Danny Valencia. "I don't make excuses, but when we were playing the game, our energy didn't show. That comes from either extremely good pitching or extremely lousy hitting and seeing as our team has a bunch of good hitters, I have to tip my cap to Campos."
