Season Over for O'Donnell Sunday, June 7th , 2026 "Not what I wanted to hear," said Quad Cities's Steffen O'Donnell to reporters this afternoon, as he revealed that the injury he sustained on 06/02/2026 would force him to miss the rest of the season. "The doctor made it clear," O'Donnell said. "There's no chance for me -- none at all -- to come back this year. That's the last thing I wanted to hear." O'Donnell has been out of action since he suffered a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament. Over the season, O'Donnell has made 13 relief appearances with 1 save. He has K'd 21 batters in 42.2 innings, yielded 22 walks and has a 5.06 ERA. O'Donnell's record this year is 0-1. |
