Hit Streak for Holman Reaches 25 Sunday, July 20th , 2025 The Kansas City (AZL) Royals fell to the Milwaukee (AZL) Brewers in Surprise Stadium, even as 20-year-old third baseman Mike Holman upped his consecutive-game hitting streak to 25 games. Holman finished with 2 hits in 5 at-bats, but could not stop the Royals from dropping the 5-3 decision. "Yeah, I kept my streak going, but it would have been better to come away with a win," said Holman. Mike Holman struck out in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, doubled in the 6th, doubled in the 8th and struck out in the 9th. For the year, Holman is hitting .337 with 3 home runs.
