Bush Sensational, 15 Ks Monday, August 11th , 2025 Led by an outstanding performance from starter Ken Bush, the Seattle (AZL) Mariners topped the San Diego (AZL) Padres by a score of 4-0 at Peoria Sports Complex. The 22-year-old Bush brought his top game to the mound, striking out 15 batters while allowing 9 hits and giving up no walks. "He made a lot of good pitches out there," Padres manager Hideki Matsui said. "He made some of our guys look bad. We didn't help matters, but we really have to give him credit -- he didn't make many mistakes." This season, Bush has worked 67.2 innings with 92 strikeouts en route to a 6-2 record and a 1.60 ERA.
