Los Angeles A (AZL) Playoff Hopes Officially Zero Sunday, August 31st , 2025 The mood in the Los Angeles A (AZL) Angels clubhouse was noticeably subdued today, as the club's fate on the season was officially sealed -- they will miss the postseason. "We put ourselves in this position," said Angels shortstop Dave Burnett. "Nobody to blame but us." This is the club's 9th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2016. In total, the Angels have missed the playoffs 10 times in their 11-year history. |
