Early Season End for Zumaya Monday, August 17th , 2026 In a news release, the ACL Reds announced that starting pitcher Jorge Zumaya would miss the rest of the season due to a torn flexor tendon in his elbow. Zumaya sustained the injury on 08/14/2026. He "will be sorely missed," said his manager. This season, Zumaya has fashioned a 0-1 mark and 5.19 ERA in 17.1 innings. Opposing clubs are batting .347 against him and he has logged 14 strikeouts. |
