D'Abernon Hits in 20 Consecutive Games Tuesday, August 18th , 2026 The streak is alive and well -- at least for today. Ken D'Abernon did it again, bashing 2 hits in the contest at Louisville Grounds. For the last 20 games in a row, the 18-year-old left fielder has collected at least one hit. His efforts helped the FCL Rays beat the FCL Tigers, 6-3. "I'm happy I kept the streak going," D'Abernon told a standing-room-only crowd of reporters gathered in the FCL clubhouse. "Honestly though, I'm looking forward to going home and not thinking about this for the rest of the day." Ken D'Abernon struck out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 4th, tripled in the 6th and struck out in the 8th. This year, D'Abernon is batting .473 with 3 home runs and 6 RBIs. In 20 games he has scored 16 times. |
