Morrow on Fire, 5-for-5 Against FCL Thursday, August 20th , 2026 Ron Morrow was smoking all game at the plate, but couldn't finish his day with a victory cigar. After the 20-year-old FCL Red Sox right fielder tallied 5 hits in 5 at-bats, he was forced to watch as his club dropped the 6-4 decision to the FCL Orioles. "That was no fun," Morrow said to reporters after the game. "You hate to lose any game but it's even worse somehow to feel like you did enough to win." Ron Morrow doubled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and doubled in the 9th.
