Shorebirds Stay Hot With 3-0 Win
Jimmy Koch was instrumental in his team's 3-0 triumph over the Hagerstown Suns. The designated hitter threw 6.1 innings of shutout ball for the Delmarva Shorebirds. Waylon Ellis earned his 8th save, after closing out the game. Delmarva goes to 15-9 with the win.

The Shorebirds got a big at-bat from second baseman Ted Harris. For the game, Harris was 1 for 2 with a double and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the second, with runners on 2nd and 3rd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 1st double of the season gave Delmarva a 2-0 lead.

"Every time I go up there, I try and hit a ball hard," said Koch.
