Rosales Goes Deep Twice in 12-4 Shorebirds Win
With Manolo Rosales leading the charge, the Delmarva Shorebirds defeated the Kannapolis Intimidators, 12-4. Rosales hit 2 home runs, while adding 6 RBI and scoring twice for the Shorebirds. Cipriano Muñóz was credited with the save for Delmarva, his 1st of the season. With the win, Delmarva upped its record to 18-11.

Bernardo Álvarez, who leads the SAL in triples with 3, helped out the Delmarva cause in the bottom of the first inning with a run-scoring ground out. For the game, the right fielder went 1 for 5, while scoring 2 runs.

"Being able to contribute to a win is always a great feeling," Álvarez told the Delmarva News.
