Guerra Pounds 2 Homers in 9-6 Suns Win
|
António Guerra was instrumental in his team's 9-6 triumph over the Kannapolis Intimidators. The shortstop hit 2 home runs. He scored 3 times and drove in 5 for the Hagerstown Suns. The setback makes Kannapolis 29-25.
Jorge Olvera, the Hagerstown center fielder, contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the third inning to make the score 3-1, Suns. For the game, Olvera went 1-4 with a hit by pitch.
"I put some good swings on the ball," said Guerra.
