Lakewood Gets 5-1 Win Behind Lefty Antúnez
The Lakewood BlueClaws got great pitching from 22-year old left-handed pitcher Manny Antúnez, allowing them to bump off the Kannapolis Intimidators, 5-1. The BlueClaws bumped their record to 61-41 with this latest triumph.

Lakewood starter Manny Antúnez was dynamite. The 6-foot-2 left-hander allowed 1 run on 3 hits over 8 innings.

"Manny's a trooper," said Lakewood manager Shawn Kelley. "He always gives it all he's got."
