The Kannapolis Intimidators pinned a convincing loss on the Asheville Tourists, 11-2, at McCormick Field. Héctor Paredes was a main factor in the win. He was 2 for 5 with a home run, while scoring 2 times and driving in 5 for Kannapolis. Kannapolis now has a record of 65-50 with the win.
