Still Kicking: DSL Cut DSL Series Lead to 3-1 With Late Win
The DSL Blue Jays defeated the DSL Cubs, 4-2, in 12 innings in Game 4 of the Round 1. Making an impact was catcher José Luna, who was 4-5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. The win narrows DSL's deficit in the series to 3-1.

Dan Parkinson came through with a big-time hit for DSL. The second baseman smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the 12th inning to give his team the lead, 4-2. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"This level of focus will win us a lot of ballgames," Luna said after the game.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Thursday, October 8th , 2026.
