5-Hit Game for Wilson
There aren't many who could be pro ballplayers and there are even fewer who could put up 5 hits in a day.

Lou Wilson is one of those rare few, as he went 5-for-5 against the Aberdeen Ironbirds at Eastwood Field. The monster effort from the 21-year-old second baseman helped the Mahoning Valley Scrappers get the win, 15-1.

"We made some bad pitches and he took advantage of it," said Ironbirds manager Lamarr Rogers. "That's the game, though. Don't make mistakes and you'll win ballgames. Make mistakes and, well, you saw what happened today."

Lou Wilson singled in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Joe Thompson in the 6th, singled in the 7th and walked in the 8th.

Wilson is currently hitting at a .385 pace with 1 home run and 3 RBIs.
