The performance of Walt Ellis proved critical in helping Baltimore (DSL) beat Cincinnati (DSL), 4-2. The Orioles 1 third baseman was 3-4 with a home run, a triple, a double, and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Picking up the save was 20-year old right-handed pitcher Nelson Martínez.
