Spirited fans greeted the DSL Marlins for their clash with the DSL Mariners.

DSL parlayed a decent outing from starter Francisque Cubilheira into a solid win over the DSL Marlins. The final score was 5-2. The triumph puts DSL at 16-10 for the season.

Graciano López delivered a big hit for DSL. The second baseman drilled a 3-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Mariners ahead, 3-2. It was his only hit, but it was a beauty.

"Francisque was in attack mode the whole game," said DSL manager Ruben Escalera.
