Bob Hill had a good game, but he could not keep the Minnesota (DSL) Twins from falling, 8-6, to the Toronto (DSL) Blue Jays at Baseball City Complex. The Minnesota (DSL) left fielder went 4-5 with 3 doubles, while scoring 2 in the loss. Toronto (DSL) reliever Jorge Guzmán was the winner. His record is now 2-0. Joe Lindsey took the loss. José Romero got credit for the save for Toronto (DSL). It was his 6th of the year.

Toronto (DSL) used a timely hit from Kevin Coleman to get the win. The pinch hitter stroked a 2-run double in the top of the tenth inning to put the Blue Jays ahead, 8-6. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it made an impact.

"You know, at the end of the day, it's about who scores the most runs," said Toronto (DSL) manager Edwin Encarnacion.

The Blue Jays, now 31-27, have won 6 in a row.
