Martínez Pounds 2 Homers in 10-1 Marlins Win
Riding the 2-hit performance of the 19-year old right fielder Rubén Martínez, the DSL Marlins stopped the DSL Twins, 10-1, in 9 innings. The win makes DSL 15-37, nothing to write home about.

In the top of the first, 20-year old shortstop Juan Guzmán hit a 2-run home run. The 3rd home run of the season for the DSL shortstop put the Marlins on top, 2-0.

Said losing manager Grant Dayton: "The at-bats, obviously, needed to be better."
