When the games really matter, the Greensboro Grasshoppers put on their best show, beating the Lakewood BlueClaws by a final score of 2-1. Kevin Rodgers threw 6.0 innings allowing 2 runs. The series now sits at 1-1 in the best-of-5 affair.

Shortstop Huang-fu Chang made an impact for Greensboro, when he swatted a run-scoring double off Kevin Rodgers in the bottom of the fourth. For the contest, Chang went 1 for 3 with a double and a walk.

"Can't say enough about our pitching," said Chang.
