The home team gave their fans plenty to cheer about, with a thrilling walk-off win.

Colorado Springs left fielder Tim Tillman had a good game in a losing cause. His team fell, 7-6, to Salt Lake at Smith's Ballpark. Tillman went 2 for 3 with 2 singles, a walk, and was hit by a pitch. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Salt Lake is now 24-35, while Colorado Springs is 24-35.

A defensive lapse proved costly in the contest. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth, an error by the Sky Sox allowed the Bees to score the winning run.
