Juan López, who is rated as the 69th best prospect by BNN, had a strong outing for the Toledo Mud Hens against the Indianapolis Arrows at Victory Field. The left-hander was a big part of his team's 5-1 win. The winner was López. He threw 6.1 innings of 5-hit ball. The loser was Ben Brown. Mauro Orama closed the game out for Toledo, earning his 3rd save.

Toledo used a clutch at-bat from Kurt Newton to capture the win. The right fielder hammered a grand slam home run in the top of the second inning to put the Mud Hens ahead, 5-1. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"It's about putting our team in the best position to win ballgames," said López.

The win takes Toledo to 6-1.
