Diharce Goes Off, But SeaWolves Win
The Erie SeaWolves weathered a fine game by Portland right fielder Raúl Diharce to upend the Sea Dogs, 8-4, at Hadlock Field. Diharce hit 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. Portland now owns a losing streak of 6 games.

Erie took the lead, 5-2, on Jon Reed's 22nd double of the season. The 2-run double, which Reed hit in the top of the seventh, made Portland pitcher Dave Lavington wince.
