Danny Jarvis was a vital contributor to the 9-3 Inland Empire victory over Visalia. The 66ers third baseman hit 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. Inland Empire pitcher Ric McGill got the win, upping his record to 2-3. Bobby Wagner got the loss. With the win over Visalia, the 66ers improved to 32-27.

With Inland Empire trailing 2-1 in the bottom of the fifth, Jarvis hit a slider from Bobby Wagner for a 3-run home run. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the 66ers ahead, 4-2.

"We maximized our offense today," said Inland Empire skipper Kent Matthes. "That makes everyone's life easier."
