The Palm Beach Cardinals cruised to a win over the Brevard County Manatees, 20-4, at Space Coast Stadium. Ricky MacKey led the way, going 2-for-4 for Palm Beach. José Rivera picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 1-1. Rudy Lamb was tagged with the loss. With the loss, Brevard County is 5-5.

Shortstop Danny Morris made an impact for Palm Beach, when he swatted a run-scoring double off Rudy Lamb in the top of the second. For the contest, Morris was 2-6 with a triple and a double, while scoring 2 and driving in 2.
