Flores, Blue Jays March to 9-3 Victory
The Dunedin Blue Jays topped the Brevard County Manatees, 9-3, in Florida State League action at Florida Auto Exchange Stadium. The standout performance belonged to Dunedin left fielder and Glendale, Arizona, native Julián Flores. Jon Downing earned the win. Jared Younger took the loss for Brevard County. The Manatees fall to 6-10 and continue to sputter in the early going.

Chuck King, who is tied for 10th in the FSL in home runs with 3, chipped in a run-scoring walk for Dunedin in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, the first baseman had 2 hits in 3 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 3 runs scored, and 2 RBI.
