Brevard County Picks Up Another L
The Dunedin Blue Jays had to overcome a big game from Brevard County designated hitter Bo Wallace to leave Florida Auto Exchange Stadium with a victory. And they did, winning, 9-5. Wallace went 2-4 with a home run, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. The Manatees, at 6-16, have stumbled out of the gate.

Steve Collins had a big 2-run double for the Blue Jays in the bottom of the first inning. With Dunedin leading 1-0 and the bases loaded, he got a slider from Ismael Martínez and swatted a double to right. It was his 5th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Blue Jays ahead, 3-0.

"We're not winning games right now," said Brevard County manager Jeremy Hernandez. "But I'm not going to denigrate the effort by the guys."
