Fort Myers Falters Again, Loses, 12-2, to Daytona
The Daytona Tortugas had no problem beating the Fort Myers Miracle, 12-2, at Jackie Robinson Ballpark. Ricky Vaughan led the way. He was 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 3 for Daytona. Now 10-16, the Miracle have not played well this season.

Shawn Alomar, who is tied for 3rd in the FSL in doubles with 9, helped out the Daytona cause in the bottom of the third inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the left fielder went 2-5 with a double. He scored 2 runs.

"This game will humble you at times and you've got to buck up and deal with it," said Fort Myers manager Tony Thomas.
